An odd query in the title, yes ??

I ask this because most mainstream sorts of folks just shrug all things metaphysical off as being woo-woo stuff, whether they judge it to be only for tinfoilhat wearers, or not.

Others are willing to look into it, but (sadly) are too rooted in fear, etc. to actually get into it and follow through.

Then there are some very few folks who will be drawn to that realm, find that they resonate with it, and really make uses of it.

Last of all - and fewest - are those who are inspired to try and draw others into trying it out and going deeper still into it.
A man called Jayson Wiggins is a really good example of such a person.

You may have run across his courses here in the F4LT section a while back, or his YT channel, perhaps.
He does sell his courses at Udemy - but they can also be gotten at no cost, which makes it clear that he isn't much about getting the $ vs. more about getting his work out to interested folks.

Here is some of what Jayson has to say:

Sadly...the size of this torrent of FLACs and PDFs is 5.22 GB .
This is WAY too big for me to get over my backcountry ISP connection.

The MP3 version is only ~1.2GB, which I can definitely get as long as it is not just one huge zip file via mega - IF anyone ever shares it, that is !!

As to what I originally offered above...I didn't post the links openly here because:
Jayson is way too great of a guy for 1000 forum 'tire kickers' to grab his stuff just to fill their HDDs and then not even look at it !!
(Sure, this is a forum centered upon IM/MMO stuff - so most folks are not even interested in anything metaphysical anyhow- obvious, yes ??)

The progression seems to be facilitated by a (missing link) process that Edgar Cayce described in reading 2879-1 EDIT: actually 1152-1

Basically meditation alone will not be enough for most, ridding the body and mind of dross/filth is required, replaced with the good food after eliminating the dross/filth.

Hm... I watched this and I have a little bit to say bout it.

This guy is saying that there is no way out and that is false. There are many ways out even on youtube and there are some... and there is no such thing as the only way. Now if I tell you 1st what is the way out... That is simply self realization in enlightment turns that would be caleed the I AM moment, in cristianity it would be called salvation... and so on. That is the normal state of human being that is not in Sin (to be in sin just simply means to not be god or your soul one or the other is the same) and yes if you missed it YOU ARE GOD you just dont know it. And the words "The Truth Will Set You Free" are true!. I can give you an example of what that means. Lets say that you believe that the earth is flat or round ball. You can defend one or the other truth how much you want but if you want to Know Yourself if youre Honest to Yourself... You dont really trully know for your self that one or the other is true when you realize that and ask your self honesty you get your answer from inside out and then you know for the 1st time what you really are, you also know that for the 1st time in your life You Are Alive... You Are Awake.
Now lets see how we can get to that in multiple ways.

No 2. The was I picked and my path... is what one guy back in 2007 created for free for everyone 2 see. His name is Jonathan aka Adampants. He disinged a way to self without any meditation needed. (but its not for all people it worked for me and it most definetly is not the only path its just one of them)

Yeah he's a bit daffy that way. Purification of thought, word and deed (physical) is required.

All these guys but a few are missing the cleansing stuff that's why they are still aging and dying, no matter how wise they seem.
