That only applies if you are attempting to conceal money or engage in unlawful commerce. A shopify store won't allow you to engage in illegal products and as long as you report your earnings, you are not attempting to conceal the funds.

Stick with the Stripe account which is just their terms of service you are breaching but when you get Payoneer they give you bank account this is from their website guys you make your own judgement call but this is serious stuff.
