And since you will use a virtual bank account (Payoneer Global Payment), you need to leave about 20% in your Stripe balance for any chargebacks that may happen.

- Do you sell 2-days rolling accounts?
No, we don’t. We create the account upon the customer request and to achieve the 2-days rolling we need to make more than one withdraw from the account, which is not a productive business model for us, and we will prefer to use the account for us rather than sell it.

- Do I need to have a real USA bank account for that?

We don’t recommend that, as if one website caused a problem, this will affect the other websites and your account will be banned.

No, because Stripe won't ask you to re-verifiy your account again, so there is no point to provide that with the package and maybe some will use it somewhere else. But if that happen, and we sure that won't, we will support you for sure.

Can you construct the pricing more clearly? What’s the $200 for? Is it all for service you provide? How much goes for making bank deposit, vcc, etc?

Also about the withdrawal can you explain more, it doesn’t even answer your own faq... I know you have extra guide but what you’re selling here seems to be a service... which one is it?

What you are advocating is 100% illegal and will get you and anyone else jailed you can't set up false bank accounts for people as that would be deemed money laundering.

You can probably convince Stripe without to much problem but as soon as you get banks (yes Payonneer etc included) you slide down a very greasy pole fast!

In the US that will be Under 18 U.S.C. § 1956 (Laundering of monetary instruments), individuals convicted of money laundering may face up to 20 years' imprisonment and fines of up to the greater of US$500,000 or twice the value of the funds involved.

This law is Global but fines vary for few hundred thousand to life imprison as you may also be accused of anti terror offences etc.

Also it is a similar offence to fail to notify authorities of suspected ML (you are guilty even if you suspect a transaction is NOT legal) so that's 20 years for ... join the dots.

You might want to try and explain to anyone what you are actually offering much clearer because unlike VCC (which stakes a thin line) actual banking facilities are very different hot potato.

Incidently at any time the IRS can demand full access to any bank account within the US or held by a US bank with a court order so don't automatically assume they won't check your own accounts or Payoneers (which I am sure they monitor very carefully much more than you would imagine)

I used to advise US Citizens abroad on investing etc and I can tell you many US expats who returned from working off shore and NOT declaring income to US to the IRS found a lot of very hard questions when they went back Stateside to retire.

Remember even the mob get caught by the IRS!!

I dread to imagine what Homeland Security could demand but it would not be pretty.

I thought my pricing was clear enough but I think I need to make it more clear:
For the $200 you get a verified with document and phone number Stripe account.
If you want a way to withdraw this money, which I don't hide it (Payoneer bank account or TransferWise) you will pay extra $50 so the total will be $250 for one Stripe account and one virtual bank account and both will be fully verified. If you can open your own bank account and you just need the Stripe account then you will pay $200.
It's a normal Stripe account so you can use it with no problems, and if you need any support or help you can add me on Skype, it's on the OP along with the guide URL too.

Thank you for your advice, and we will consult someone if it may cause a problem for us. We for sure don't want to involve with ML and this is not the reason for this service as we just help eCommers who can't open Stripe accounts and some of them can't open accounts with TW or Payoneer, and I'm sure who do ML won't search for small solution online, they already have their own channels for that.
