Have used BHS once . The VPS was 'OK' . I second the support not being as good as it sounds . Sudo probably won't give a shit if it goes down .But a great box to learn the tools nevertheless .

I just quit this service again after being with them for another 3 months. Why did I quit? Because the service is non-existent, and I mean anyway that you try and reach them: online support, email, etc., it is virtually impossible to get any kind of answer.

I had the associate package for $50.00 per month and so far have spent over $300.00+ with them. Some of their tools will not work as the tools asks me to upgrade to the latest versions -that's fine, but when I click on the upgrade tab, the BHSVPS has a policy restriction which tells me I am NOT allowed to upgrade any software so I need to submit a support ticket. FINE. I submit a support ticket and never get a reply. It's been a whole month since I submitted this ticket and NEVER received any type of answer. Yesterday I was on their site to cancel my package when I noticed the "SUPPORT IS ONLINE - CHAT NOW". I click to chat hoping I can finally get through to somebody and it sits for over an hour with NO answer whatsoever. C'mon! I paid for this service and did NOT get ALL the tools you promised! You owe me a REFUND of sorts or something. This service is a joke.

My sincere recommendation to my fellow BBHF community is DO NOT BUY THIS - You WILL be disappointed. Their customer service and support is NON-EXISTENT. These are harsh words but the truth.
