Sorry but I do not understand why sending those to me has taken so long. Your asking us to resolve your problem, but you are not willing to tell me who you are. So I can locate you and resolve it.
That just does not make sense to me, how you can take the time to make your post. But not send along your account details to me.

Step 01


Create a disposable gmail account on your vps IP and phone verify it. If you already have one made. Login to it from your vps server and whitelist the vps IP.


Go to Gmail SETTINGS

Forwarding and POP/IMAP


Check the box Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)


Select When messages are accessed with POP (Delete Gmails copy)


Check the box Enable IMAP

Now you can log out of gmail.




Step 02


Open Senuke


Select Options >

Select Email >


In this Menu


Select Email server type > POP3


Incoming Mail Server > pop.gmail.com


Username > Your gmail username. Not you email address. If my email was john@gmail my username is just John.


Password > Your email password


Email Server PORT > 995


Check Box > Requires SSL


Check Box > Delete email on server after

Save and Exit




Step 03


Set up a campaign just like normal.


When you get to the email creation module.(Email Settings)




You will see step 2 Email Server Type


Select > POP3


In Create email address bar
Select > Use Global Email Setting from options
This will auto fill the boxes with the earlier options We filled in in options email.


Nowhere is where the the majic is done.


In the filled section where it reads Email Address
Mine would say John@gmail.com
We are going to quickly edit this


john+random string@gmail


Random is any sequence of letters or number you wish.

Anything We want really. Dont make it too long. Just change it to something different on each email profile. We do not need to change the username to the same. Only this field needs to be changed.

Now test your email.


SUPRISE!!!! Nice email verified.


And in the campaign project profile it looks like this.

This works perfectly as your gmail account becomes a natural catchall wildacard email address.


All of the verification emails will ignore the +random part and send all verification emails to one single email. john@gmail.com


But the websites in senuke we register and build accounts on count each john+random as a completely different email to the last john+random.


Doing it this way means you dont have to pay for decaptcha to create emails also. And you will only ever need to do this set up once. And be able to use one single Gmail account for eternity.


When you do big campaigns with lots of Profiles, you will also benefit from being able to verify any verification emails that where sent late and where missed by Senuke on any previous account email verify runs. As it will be rechecking the same email address multiple times.


This will increase your campaign success rates for created accounts and profiles accross all platforms.


And most importantly. You now never have to worry about hitting the "you have exceeded you pre-created hotmail limit. Try again next Monday" Popup.

I've been sick the last week, or I would have responded sooner. I'd really like you to fix the issues. Not just for me... but for everyone who uses your service and anyone who is thinking about using your service. I don't want a cancellation unless you're going to give me a full refund on my pre-paid amount since you haven't been able to deliver reliable service. I was paid up until February. I plan to continue to use the service until then. I just want it to work. I don't think that's too much to ask.

I did get your PM and I tried some of your advice. Note to users:

1) If you are using the content generator in SENuke on BHSVPS and have problems, try going to ezines on your own computer, pulling up and article, pasting it into SENuke and hit the spin button. Good enough for most submissions.

2) Don't use the Turbo Mode. It seems it just creates problems - especially since it tries to grab hotmail accounts from SENuke and they seem to run out QUICKLY each week. Buy a bunch of hotmail accounts on Fiverr or use the trick he re-posted (I have tried that myself)

There are still issues, but that solved most of them.

1) TBS spinning error comes up alot
2) Support still SUCKS and is SUPER SLOW on even HIGH priority tickets - There's NEVER anyone in IRC (tried over a dozen times at various times... it's like crickets there)

BUT

Of course... now... I get an access denied. So this is either a new issue... or some type of retaliation against me for posting my experience with them - which would make them petty - and thieves, since they stole my money. It's obviously not a cancellation, since none of my money was refunded and I was paid until February.

Anyone else having those issues with them? It's been hours and I have yet to hear from support.

Problem with Ezine
Using the same IP to make make multiple requests from ezinearticles.com will result in ezine placing a 24 hour block on your IP.
Solution
Use private proxies when downloading and rotate them from one campaign to another. This is not an senuke or bhs issue, its an ezine an IP one. An issue I guess that lies with senuke as they continue to use ezine as their source despite this issue. This block will occur on any installation of senuke. Whether it be on a vps or your home pc.

Problem Turbo Mode
Turbo mode was built and designed for Article Builder subscribers. Although Ezine is an option it is advised only to use it for small campaigns where article requests would be at a minimum. Please read the senuke manual or senuke forums for more insight as the issue was discussed by all senuke users. Again you should try using private proxies but don't expect it to work without problems.

Problem Tickets
Due to the high volume of tickets We have received there was a backlog. All our tickets are classed as high priority as each customers is as important as the next. We are answering tickets in rotation. Please do not submit multiple tickets as this only re-ques your request.

90% of the tickets We received are Senuke related. This represents only one web application of many We provide across our plans. All of our other applications are stable and working. We did have a couple of minor issues with some of the new additions. But all of these issues have been resolved.

Senuke have made no less than 5 updates in the last 7 days in an attempt to try patch the issue with email downloading and creation that customers have been so eager to blame bhs on. We believe they may have finally fixed it with the latest update to .43

Our IRC channel has customer service working 18 hours per day. Please idle for more than 10 minutes on the channelif requesting support. As an agent may be busy at the time of your call. There are 3 agents you can private message on the channel to help assist you.

As I said in my post, there's a workaround. I agree with you multiple requests from the same IP will cause issues. As I said, to get around this, you can grab an article (or articles) locally and paste them in and then do SPIN ARTICLE. Takes a little more time, but it does the trick. I post this so anyone else having the issue can know how to get around it.

For the TBS issue, I know that's not you per se. My guess is too many requests to the same TBS id at the same time. But I get that issue local, so it's most likely with them.

The Turbo Issue - it's nice and a great time saver but it does include some things (like Indexer) that you don't have a subscription, so it can throw errors. You can ignore the errors, and later you will get a Invalid License when it tries to run Linker. Again... no biggie now that I know this. I'll just do custom campaigns.

I will say this for you - the speed of the connection to the remote desktop is very good. Probably one of the fastest I've used. And having just tried a new VPS and had it so unbearably slow that is was unusable, I have a new appreciation for that.

I don't know what the Access Denied issue was - but it's fixed now (after about 12 hours), so I can get in again. Not sure if it was a global server issue or what, but you really need a spot on your website that has a network update so that people who go there can see that ... oh... there's an issue and then no get as upset. Update it every hour - even if the update is "We're still working on it".

So, there are definitely so issues but once you get past those, the servers are fairly fast and the remote desktop connection is fast - and that counts for alot.

I'm big enough to admit when I'm wrong and I had alot high expectations but it does appear that they are doing their best - I'm used to working in a 7/24 hospital datacenter, so my expectations tend to be much higher. If our systems go down - people can die. So what I think of as HIGH priority probably doesn't mesh with what most of the rest of the world thinks of as high priority.

We'll see how my experience continues to be.

Sorry m8 it was only the last part of my post that was replying to you.
The main section was just a more detailed explanation as to why those issues arise for senuke users in general. Glad to see your back up and running again.
Not a bad idea either about server reporting. I did think We had it inside the vps user portal. I guess that just came with the theme and is there just for show. I will see about getting it plugged in.

In the spirit of fairness and full disclosure, I wanted to post an update here on my experience.

1) They have resolved the issue with the SENukeX license problem popping up. I have been able to run SENuke uninterrupted for about 5 days without any issues.
2) The SeNukeX email issue hasn't happened again to me, but I've also bulked ordered hotmail addresses on Fiverr and am using those if/when there are any issues. I also tried the gmail trick - but I didn't get as many links as I did just using the hotmails. It might be a fluke - I'll have to try it again. But using pre-made,pre-bought emails definitely gets the best results thus far.
3) They resolved the Access Denied issue for me in their typical one word response with no explanation ("fixed"). I still have no idea what happened, why it happened or if it will happen again.
4) The content generation issue in SeNuke isn't resolved - but that's not their issue. It's just wholesale bulk queries to ezine that then force ezine to captcha you and SeNuke can't handle the captcha. This is easily bypassed by going to ezine locally, grabbing some articles and posting them in SeNuke and then doing a spin.
5) The TBS error occurs occasionally, but as I've gotten the same error locally... it is either an SENuke error communication with TBS or a TBS error itself.

Since most of the issues are resolved or I have workarounds, I decided to try a second account (the cheapest tier) - I know, glutton for punishment. The second account initially had problems working - leading to a wasted day. But they did resolve the issue - again, with the typical, apathetic one word answer in the ticket of "fixed".

So far, the second account has had no problems since the initial issue.

So, I would have to revise my review as follows:

PROS:
-Licensed software - the software does appear to be licensed and can be upgraded, tho occasionally there may be issues that say otherwise
-Good response time - the remote desktop session if fast and responsive, much better than some others I've tried
-Good selection of software - Even though I really only use the SENuke right now, the other tools and the fact that it comes with TBS is a plus
-Server time is decent - the speed of the actual server is decent - especially for the price

CONS:
-Bizarre issues pop-up consistantly leading to a day or more of downtime or limited functionality - they eventually resolve them but you can be down for over a day at a time
-Support - I hesitate to call it support. Their support is akin to what you would expect from a pimply faced teenager across the counter at a McDonald's when you tell them they got your order wrong - a blank stare and a mumbled answer. Their responses - which are ALWAYS hours and hours (or days) in coming are usually a one word answer of "fixed" or sometimes they strain themselves and go for two words "try now". There are never any apologies, no explanations and never any indications of making up for lost down time due to their issues.
-Communication - Despite his lively conversation here on BBF, there is NO communication on changes, fixes, downtime, etc. relayed to users via email. Nor are there explanations as to why things suddenly change or compensation when features are removed. For instance, within the last week, the SeNuke templates disappeared and when you try to load you now get an error message that it was disabled by the administrator. This annoyed the heck out of me - mostly because it just happened haphazardly with no warning and no explanation. I did find a workaround - I uploaded my own templates!

Conclusion:
Features: 5 out of 5
Speed: 4.5 out of 5
Uptime: 3 out of 5
Support: 1 out of 5
Communication: 0 out of 5

I will continue to relay my experiences and any changes they make to support or services. Hopefully, this helps our members here in knowing what they will be getting and what to expect.

PS- The rumors of my termination from their service were greatly exaggerated. I still have no idea why I was getting the Access Denied to my account, what it meant, if it will ever happen again or anything else... but it is fixed now.
