Hi, I welcome the idea of getting verified and your contribution but I have some questions to help me understand how this can be beneficial.

Since this gets your verified with a VCC how do you use it to pay for anything?
If you use the paypal to receive funds how do we do withdrawals ?
If we doing withdrawals how do we pass the fraud check for scanned id copies?
