Hey man, have you added Nginx support for WP Auto Installs?

Not yet, sofar its apache only, but meanwhile you can also use any already installed wordpress so if you have nginx you can set it up manually and automate the content creation with argo.

yes of course! :) once setup you can even just click a single button and it will install a new random theme. don't like it? just click the button again and in a few seconds it installs and activates a new one. as for plugins, you can chose a single one to install (just like the themes) or you can load a textfile with a list of plugins and it will download and install+activate them all. this works only for plugins and themes from the official wordpress repository (there are thousands of themes and plugins available for free).
