by default yes, but the program also supports multithreads, so you could also post with 100 threads much faster if your server can handle the workload. alternatively you can also post to many different wordpress blogs at once, so you could shape the load to different servers to max out speed. also importing posts instead of posting is on the todo list, so will probably be implemented within the next few updates too.

yes of course! all of the scraped text (or images and video links) can be used with other external tools. you can also create spintax from clear text for example that you could then load in other software that supports spintax.
