You can customize inside your cPanel account PHP version, PHP upload size, post size, PHP modules etc.

We have never suspended any account so far without warning. Usually sites that are using >10 Mbps at 95th percentile (at peak site can have even more, for example 50Mbps) are some kind of tube sites, file/image hosting platforms or adult sites. We use to have a site with more than 1.000 online users according to whos.amung.us, now that site has 500-600 during to Google update, and it's not using near that much traffic. That site is using only our Premium Ultimate package.
For every serious business we recommend dedicated servers. We have very affordable unmetered servers.
