Our servers are located in Buffalo, New York. One of our IPs are 192.3.92.115.

Yes, that's right it's for first month only. I personally don't know any provider that is offering hosting with features that we have at this price ($0.8/mo). We made 90% OFF for first month so everyone can try it, we would like to give it for free, but people will abuse it. More or less we are using that money to pay payment gateway fees and some other expenses.

how do i transfer it to my new hosting account?

i mean can i transfer it form there to here ???

and i have few domains under godaddy and hostgator but i have finished my
hosting plan period with them , so how do i transfer form there server to this new one?

hey guys i am back! after testing the servise i can say that for web traffic they are awesome! great support everything is easy with them..... first of all i wanna say that i recomend them and they are actually in the top 2 that i recomend for hosting servise.
plus they help our fellow members giving an awesome discount! (if this is active) after the 3 months i believe that i will go for a yearly plan with some other upgrades........
