All windows 10 delivered.
So far, no issue as well as MS office 2019 pro plus.

For MS 365 pro plus with 5TB account is what we provide. However, if the issue is from Microsoft, we cannot do anything. We only guarantee the account is working. We do not take control of how you use the account.

That's s the reason why MS365 pro plus account with 1TB came in. They claimed that this type of accounts is more stable.

The first priority we will provide Office 365 PP with 5TB.
If the stock for office 365 PP with 5TB not available, we will send the Office 365 PP with 1TB.
