I used to love these guys but now I'm getting really pissed. I've been trying to get Copy.com to work on their server but it just won't work for me. And it's really important for software like SEnuke so that you can save, import and export info.

And above, they have a link to a page that says their "Live Ticket Response Time" is 49 minutes.

They are seriously delusional!

I've been waiting FIVE DAYS now and not a peep from them.

Plus, I just tried to Skype them at sudochop and I haven't gotten a response.

Of course, I will update this thread if anything changes but right now, be wary.

Man, I wish I had seen this thread before because I've been trying to get it to work for ages and it won't, plus, as I posted just before this, they're not answering support tickets or fixing the problems.

Yeah, they said a few weeks ago that they fixed this problem and even on their support page they claim an average response time of 49 minutes. What bullshit! I've been waiting five days now and I've even tried Skyping them.
