I bought this program before I saw other comments in the forum. I couldn't get it to work and asked for a refund from Money Mindset LLC and this is what they sent back:
"We have a zero tolerance policy for "tire kickers", or "freebie seekers", people who just want to benefit out of the year long work Video Vantage was created without paying for a top quality product that brings results." I had to escalate a refund through Paypal and it worked. I got a refund. For all who paid through Paypal for this garbage program should try to get a refund even if it may be past the refund period. I learned a big lesson from this - do homework and research on the product/service and read the refund policy before you purchase. |
