[GET] Video Vantage

Good to see that this has made such headlines on such a respected forum!
I am not new to the forums (or to seo/digital marketing) and I must say it is the only forum out there to listen to in regards of SEO/IM products and strategies being used in the market today.
If you are a newbie heed the advice here.
Just to reiterate and add to what has been said prior to my comment (first comment on here but felt compelled to add it the discussion).
The videos they are using as case studies are totally misrepresented, they were not gained using this software. To rank for such a high search term as "how to lose weight" would take a lot of work. If you look at the backlink profile of the youtube video they have ranked it has over 140 million backlinks!!! That were created over the past year (2013-2014). This video has been their "go-to" result for every product they have sold!! The link profile is also immense it has such a highly diversified link profile that for you or I to rank for that it would take serious funds and low OBL PBNs (private blog networks). As Cyborg said they have invested a lot of money into this "sales pitch ranking video". If you also look at their other videos they are using as their case studies they still have thousands of backlinks and views. Also I highly doubt they own all these videos as a few months back they were emailing saying they wanted to chat with people who had ranked 1st page for high search terms using their previous product ( I suspect they used some of these to boost the case studies for free!!).
To rank videos on youtube is not difficult and these guys (plus a number of senior members on BH forums) know this. But it takes more than a trickle of spam links, blog comments and links from over utilised sites. I was tempted to buy video vantage to automate the process prior to launch but after research and reading forums/experiences I stayed away from this product.
To sign off amazing work by everyone on the forum who found this software for free and to all who worked together to expose another sub-standard automated SEO product, over hyped and under performing.

No, never think of it even.

It sends your video some wiki links and it scrapes the net for some blogs while posting comments. Wiki links would never rank any video for you and blog commenting is not going to get you anywhere especially that most trusted blogs are moderated and those who are not moderated won't get you enough juice for any kind of rankings.

They have spent a respectable budget to rank this video for the sake of presentation. Note as well, that the same video has been used on all of their products. Never buy such lies, use your head to think.

Who wants to post his video to a mass list of spammy wiki links? and scrapes the net for some blogs to post comments? It would waste some area on my hard drive for nothing.

Q5). If it is that bad then why everyone is promoting it?

Have you heard of affiliate contents? Well, it's a race between affiliate marketers.

Q6). Would developing such crappy software hurt their reputation?

The topic of internet marketing and video marketing is too vague for many beginners. They would never know if the problem was from the software or from them. "Is the problem from the knight or the horse?". Well, sadly the ones who bought it the problem for them will be from both!

Q7). Are you attacking the seller of this product in a way?

Nope, not at all. David Zander has some good articles and some of his techniques does work actually. I have nothing against him but that does not justify the use of his useless software. He is a good marketer that knows how to present his products. He cares about the cover far much more than the quality. Many marketers publish crappy products everyday and knows nothing. At least he knows how to market his stuff.

Did you enjoy this review? if you did then do two things:

(1) Don't buy the product now
(2) Don't buy the product when the price increases!

It was working, installed it on a new computer and it say license key has been used too many times..
