why do you need hostfile? you need to close 1 ip by firewall and that's all in my situation BB working ok but RT off service will try to find the way in Avast firewall but not succesfull till now, total blocking or lowlowlow speed ... ((( trying to find working combination )))

Yes, it's working nicely! However, I failed in the first place, and after analyze the net working streams, I found my friewall setting yo block the "208.115.108.42" because AVG was taking over my system, and the windows firewall didn't works itself. Wish this should be useful for some others' reference.

I read all the comment and I thought we need to edit the host file. So now don't I need to config the host file right? I just need to block the IP right?
