I come up to this membership site by referral of my previous Android Apps Coach, and for me, this is having more meat, than the personal coaching.. and very very cheaper compare to the coaching..

What Apps Will You Create?There are essentially two types of Mobile Apps you can build but with endless variations:

Niche Apps – These are Apps you’ll build to gain downloads in the marketplaces either free or paid. An example would be “How to Stop Snoring” in the Health niche or “The Top 100 Rock Songs of the 90s” in Entertainment. The possibilities are endless here.

Local Business Apps – Don”t let the name fool you – you’ll be able to sell apps worldwide. But, you’ll be catering to businesses and selling your custom apps for massive profit margins and service contracts. A few examples for local business apps are Taxi Cab companies or Night Clubs.

Now let’s do a quick case study for each of the Apps, and learn how you can quickly build and monetize with your App!
You’ll quickly see how easy it is to begin creating apps that provide value and earn you money.

Local Business App – Lawyers

It’s no secret that Lawyers have huge marketing budgets to fund their TV ads, radio spots, and newspaper listings. But, the shift is happening into the online realm and a mobile app istremendously valuable to a lawyer. Regardless of whether it’s a DWI, divorce, or injury lawyer – marketing is #1 way they obtain lucrative clients.
This particular app is for an immigration lawyer that features Immigration news, Visa, and Enforcement tabs which are all automated with RSS feeds. Then, the Twitter account and Contact Us tab are linked to John M. Manley to siphon the leads from this application. It’s been downloaded somewhere between 1,000-5,000 times in the last year.
What to Charge: $3500
Time Spent: 30 Minutes
Value to Client: The average fee for an immigration lawyer can run $4,000-$12,000 or more, depending on the nature and complexity of the case, the location, and the attorney’s level of experience. Let’s say the app was downloaded 2,000 times since the numbers are between 1k-5k and the lawyer gets 0.05% of those downloads as clients. That’s a HALF percent. That’s still 10 clients paying at a very minimum $4,000 for total revenue of $40,000 to the immigration lawyer. Is it worth the $3500 investment to the lawyer? You better believe it. It’s a great return on investment for you as a developer and for your client.
Long Term Strategy: What are your goals? Let’s say you’d like to earn $100,000 this year as a starting point. Once you find a profitable local business niche, like immigration lawyers, you can focus on targeting them and presenting case studies of previous clients. It becomes a very easy sale as lawyers are used to spending much more getting much less in return. Do you think you’d be able to sell just 2-3 a month? That’s all you’d need to do to hit$100k+ a year. Now imagine outsourcing and scaling this into different niches. A 7 figure income suddenly becomes within reach.

Niche Apps – Motivation Quotes for Success

There’s millions of people searching for apps everyday on their morning commute, lunch break, or during a lecture on a college campus. A massive niche is quotes. Think about all of the niches within it – motivational, sports heroes musicians, religious, comedic, movies, the list goes on and on! You can take it a step further and create an even more niche app with “Tony Robbins Motivational Quotes” or “Foo Fighters Song Quotes”.
Creating niche apps is a blast especially if you take your own interests into account and find a market for it. We’ll go more in depth on how to find those markets and capitalize on the opportunity. But first, let’s take a look at this particular motivational quotes app. It has a very basic background with hundreds of motivation quotes that can be scraped from any website. It also has the ability to share on social media networks which increases the viral aspect of the app.

Time Spent: 1 Hour
Value to Customer: Although it’s basic in nature, it still provides the content that your end user is seeking – quotes! As long as you have meaningful and motivating quotes without horrendous spelling and grammatical errors, your customers will love it and your downloads will continue to increase.
Long Term Strategy: As you can see in the photo, the app has been downloaded between 100,000-500,000 times. Let’s say the number is 100,000 for this example. You’ll be able to monetize the app through various platforms one of which is called Airpush which has a network of 40,000 apps and 2,000 advertisers. You’ll deliver the advertisers message through your app and earn an average CPM(cost per thousand users) of $4.04. So if we have 100k downloads that will equal out to be around $404 each and every time the ads are served. If you do this 4 times a week, that’s a monthly advertising income of $6,464 for ONE APP! Not every app you create will be a home run, but with only a handful of successful apps the revenue streams will be large and recurring giving you time, freedom, and financial wealth.

The 5 Pillars of App BuildingThroughout the training, you’ll notice a common theme that relates back to the 5 Pillars of App Building.
Having a a general outline that you can follow along will help expedite and systemize your app business.
As long as you follow these five pillars, what you create will provide value and ultimately reward your efforts.

The Five Pillars for Building Your App Empire are as follows:

RESEARCH – Completing basic research on a niche or small business segment is essential to gauge the profitability of your app. We’ll go through the steps to uncover surefire winners and others to stay away from.
BUILD – It’s okay to take imperfect action. The key is to get out there, build something, and release it! This is all part of the process and if you’re a perfectionist, step out of your comfort zone. That’s the only way you’ll see massive improvement.
MEASURE – There are several ways to measure and track your apps to see which ones are attracting the most traffic and downloads. Through proper metrics, you can focus your efforts on the cream of the crop.
OPTIMIZE – Once you have your metrics in order, you’ll optimize the most successful apps to continue to grow and spread virally.
MONETIZE - Finally, you can sell the app directly to a small business for a large payday upfront. On the flip side, there are several ways to monetize niche apps such as CPA offers, list building, affiliate offers, and display ads.

Could you tell me more about OUTSOURCE. In which area do you outsource?

It is Web based.. A very well known and stable platform for making Android and iPhone apps with unlimited push notification which I think is the Holy Grail of mobile apps.

There are lots of SC resellers but so far mariastone's BSO is the most affordable.
