yes it worked.

if you have installed the theme, uninstall it.

replace the cleanup file offline then re-install the theme and it should work.

It will not work if you just replace the cleanup file while the theme is installed.

It doesn't work. I replaced the cleanup file but I still get prompted to enter the access code wheneve I visit the theme options page..
