yes it worked.

if you have installed the theme, uninstall it.

replace the cleanup file offline then re-install the theme and it should work.

It will not work if you just replace the cleanup file while the theme is installed.

Thanks for the time sharing this very clean wp corporate theme.

It doesn't work. I replaced the cleanup file but I still get prompted to enter the access code wheneve I visit the theme options page..

It doesn't work for me either.. :(

I edited it myself and it is working now. Just do as andrewrsa said.
