@keithoz and william40: Just so you know, this book is available in e-pub (or mobi) at b(dash)ok(dot)cc. That's where I got it from. But I converted it to different formats (AZW3 for the Kindle Reader and PDF) and included all 3 formats on several file share hosts below.
