@keithoz: I tried to upload to Solidfiles but kept getting a Failed error message but I was able to do Zippy for you. Problem is, zippy links don't last very long so I try to avoid using it. . If someone else can provide a Solidfiles mirror, that would cover all the bases and anyone who wants this will be able to get it.
