1. Violate google tos -> Adsense domain banned, which means your domain is banned from adsense, and cannot display any adsense ads.

Just 301 redirect everything to the brand new website(Buy a new domain name). Do not copy all the content from the old website to the brand new website, it may get penalized because of duplicate content, and may get the risk of getting your adsense account ban again.

eg. Putting DOWNLOAD,porn,downloads,illegal videos,gambling,casino stuffs, may get your domain to get banned.

2. Invalid clicks and Pose Risk To Advertisers -> Adsense account banned, but still can display google ads, and can get a new adsense account and display adsense on the your domain again, would not get banned unless you break adsense tos or get invalid clicks again.
