X3Host will make you appreciate other less horrible things in life. Like you may feel that getting kicked in the nuts is better than dealing with x3host and their pathetic responses.

There are hosting companies in Africa, who with little intermittent electricity and wild animals attacking their servers, will still give better service than x3host.

Dear guys who run x3host, please get another job. Shut down this company. Dont let us programmers suffer because of your incompetence and stupidity. Whenever your server crashes, our credibility in the market crashes along with it. So now that I have left your pathetic services and understood that cheap is not always better, I urge you to put your CV on job portals or matrimonial sites.

Get a better job, get married, let someone else make your life unbearable. I wish you the best of luck and goodwill, I understand everyone makes mistakes, but repeating them is optional.
Let me know if you want me to translate this in some other language for better absorption of my feelings and frustration with the pathetic excuse of a company you seem to run.

I checked your server and it's working without no issues, You need only to restart your httpd services and we did this for you.

You need always to submit tickets to get fast answers.

But here we can't help as it's for Sales, Questions of Inquiries.

Master Reseller options is working on most of our servers,

But we stopped the plugin in our NY location , We will restore it once

We increase our HDD's and RAM.

This is an important step for our client's.

Removing a plugin that may cause issues to the server

doesn't mean we have issues ?!

We have a 100% Uptime in all of our Servers since along time ,

We don't have any downtime.
