The main obvious missing yet vital rule remains--take whatever Asian practice and philosophy, they all are strictly based on everyone's specific belonging to one of five elements. Yet no late presenter cares to explain the difference as it's easier to shut down the blinders and babble about "Universal" Tao. Pardon me, never heard such a criminal statement! It's sad, how much harm makes the "honest" use of absolutely unappropriated practice! I am using a Chi Qong for over 25 years now. And yep, it works marvelously well because my practice is strictly based on my totem. To remove your head scratch, simply visit this site to visualize your totem to read down to which energy sphere it belongs: air? earth? fire? water? metal?
