The social media is to augment the method, as in boost it and it's not the main method. You can just ignore them if you want.

You cannot start making money from CPA in one day.
Getting landing pages done, choosing right campaign, setting up traffic requires a couple of days. We should wait for reviewers to show proofs of earnings.
There are plenty of How to do this method online but only 1-2% if it works. Anyone who says that this is perfect and has money making capabilities should implement it before saying it is perfect.

Any method requires work to be put in to make money. The initial review by me was it looks viable but I have to test it out and will post updates.
