I purchased this guide and here is my initial review.
I have tried CPA before but never worked out but what OP suggests in the PDF seems to have a greater chance of working out, but it requires initial investment and constant work from your end.
Rox helped me out on skype when I had doubts since I'm a newbie to CPA, it's good to have support from seller.
I'm going to implement this method, but I have to wait for a couple of days to get into it due to my exams. I will start posting my work and regular updates once I get started so some of you on the fence can jump in.

OK, I promised OP a review on on this product and being a sort of CPA Guru myself and a proud BBHF member I will give my honest review.
If you are a newbie you will find some value in this course but for someone like me I have been through these cycles.
OP's method will work but from my personal experience with this method there are two major drawbacks. One of them can be corrected by OP updating the PDF so I won't discuss it here and the other is out of his hands.
The course is a well detailed PDF that outlines OPs method step by step so it won't be a difficult task to accomplish.
If you happen to hit the bullseye then you will see some quick bucks but hitting the bullseye and making it stick is the hard part.
I recommend this course for newbies and not so much seasoned marketers.

This is a short and straight to the point guide.
It is step-by-step and Rox3 provides all the details + pictures to get you started making some $$ with CPA offers and videos.
It will take a little work in the beginning, but Rox3 supplies all resources to get you going.
He also provides an option to help with video creation.
Overall, this is a pretty good guide to earn $$ with CPA offers, especially for newbies. :)
