It’s beginner-friendly, so the concepts may be too basic for someone who’s been doing copywriting for a while. I, personally, am more in the middle - not new to it, but never really “studied” it either. It’s only recently that I’ve decided to dive into the structure of copywriting, and what makes good copy. So, from that perspective, I found value in the course. The main point he makes throughout the course is that a better approach is to write like a human (natural, conversationally - even if you’re a law firm or some other “serious” type of company). And that main point isn’t exactly new. Another key takeaway from the course is that he helps to make things easy by giving us a blueprint to follow (the one he uses when he sits down to write). He repeats himself about points from time to time. And, as you can tell from the branding of the course and the misspelling of the name even, he has injected personality into the course (maybe too much from time to time - being silly just for the sake of being silly in some lessons). But, those are not really a big issues because he does give a lot of examples, a lot of over-the-shoulder content, and does what he can to bring us into the mindset of how he creates engaging copy. I enjoyed the course. He put thought into how to explain this point or that point and I appreciated that (I hate when courses lack structure, or have instructors just rambling on saying a lot of nothing before getting to the point). Then, at the end, he tells us books that he likes and recommends for going even further. I’ve not started reading any of them, but I like that he did that and some, I’d already heard about and had been meaning to check them out so maybe with me, he was already preaching to the converted. I hope that helps with your decision of whether or not to spend time going through the course. |

craye, marr5, and anyone else who downloaded the version with .001, .002, .003, .004 part files, I did a search and I think the PASSWORD is i#ranjava.net. NOTE: remove the # sign, BBHF doesn't let me type that whole word without the # sign.
