He has promised to look into the matter because he does say he is able to get 97-100% inboxing with hotmail.

I will not be adding any images of sent campaigns etc because everything beyond the actual system itself being properly setup by Gerald comes down to my list quality/campaigns etc and have no bearing on the actual service.

EDIT: Its been suggested that folks might not clearly understand my comment on inboxing so let me be clear. Currently I'm able to inbox on everything EXCEPT hotmail/outlook.

Bounces can be sorted out by using some software for that. So that is the least of my problems.

Though this question wasn't directed to me, but here's my input. If your spam complaint is not high, you can run a single Amazonses account for 3 - 4 months. I also show how to get Amazonses account approved the easiest way and how to switch to a new account through sendy in less and 1mins.

JUst checked my SES account and it seems that nothing has been done since yesterday. Based on our skype chat this was to be completed today and as I see the domain has not even been added. I paid for this a few days ago. I got him on Skype the first day, and he quit working because it was late where he is (no biggie). The next day I contacted him, and he was walking me though the setup, but it was 10-20 minutes between each piece of instruction which was super annoying. Then he just fell off and never replied and the job was not completed. Today I cannot get a hold of him at all.

I'm pretty patient, so I'll wait a bit more, but so far his communication and delivery is pretty terrible. I'd still like the service, so I don't want to be too annoying about it. I know people get busy, just communicate that to me and I won't come on your thread and whine about it.
