Thank you scoyt for the explanation - basically, you need to find a real estate investor with deep pockets who is going to pay you for leads to buy cheap properties.

I am not sure how they figure it would only take 3 hours to find an investor and then get them to pay you $2,000 for leads from a website that he suggests using.
