The SP has an enroll for free audio version. If you sign up, you will get an email with a code to enter. There are 7 audios, currently listening and so far summed up as find someone willing to pay you for leads, have them pay and then go find them some. On the 6th audio and you can probably skip the 1st five.

Thank you scoyt for the explanation - basically, you need to find a real estate investor with deep pockets who is going to pay you for leads to buy cheap properties.

I am not sure how they figure it would only take 3 hours to find an investor and then get them to pay you $2,000 for leads from a website that he suggests using.
