Thank you @supercharger for reps also for offering the bso graphic service however i have got everything done and that did not needed much of it and max reps for you too. i feel that we all make mistake while learning but get demotivated if we don't have anybody to hold our hands. But When you see landing hand and light of hope that really motivates us let us move foreword in life and establish ourself once again. i have been in the same shoes i know how it feels. again i request if we can help him to get this guy busted i believe Admin can help in tracing as he is vip admin might have his paypal email and some other personal details. of if any member who lives in Philippines might help to trace him... I really cant imagine these scammer never think twice robbing peoples hard earn money !

I am not completly agree with you as I also done some jv/investment with guys from BBHF and I was not scammed but hey I agree with you that there are some scammers here but not 99% probably 5% or so .

I love the Philippines and the people are what they are through their heritage and personal circumstances. I spend a lot of time here (I am presently in the middle of an 8-month visit. So please, please do not think I am knocking the Filipino (why would I keep coming back here if I did not like them).

I agree that perhaps my 99% figure was high, but the fact is that it is a high percentage when we talk about scammers here.

The 'proof of the pudding' is that the Government has initiated some form of action to catch and punish the many scammers here. It takes a lot of people complaining and newspapers publishing stories, to get the Government to move on any subject that puts the Philippines in a bad light.

I reiterate. If you are asked for money, loan or investment, simply do not do anything. The chances of being scammed are very high.

I am presently living in Pangasinan in Luzon and had that swindler been anywhere near here, I can assure you I would have paid him a visit, or arranged for something to happen to him (VERY easy to do here). Unfortunately, living in Mindanao, he is out of reach.

The scammers in the Philippines are many (corruption is everywhere) and when a scammer is caught, he just flashes a wad of money and he goes free.

All I can do is offer you my condolences as it is always the 'good guys' that fall for scams and if ANYONE on the BBHF intends to deal with a Filipino, let me know and I will check him out to the best of my abilities for you.

What your saying about Mindanao is not true .... I lived there 2 years in a remote village and married a Filipina ^^ I can assure you that the peoples in that village are very respectful and I had no problem with any of them. Also not all of them believe that foreigner are riches ... I want to add that I do have a Filipino as outsource and never ever got any issue with is work.

For what OP said, this is online business and you should never send money using Western Union ... either Filipino or American. I feel sad for your lost but am sure you learn a valuable lesson out of this experience.

I was not knocking Mindanao as I know that much of Mindanao is beautiful and their people friendly and respectful to foreigners.

I have a family living in my house in the Philippines at the moment and the wife is from Mindanao and I often chat to stall holders in the local market who are Muslim and from Mindanao.

Davao is relatively crime free, but even so a foreigner has to be very careful and, sadly, trust only those he knows very well. To support this, Davao has been in the headlines lately as three foreigners and a Filipino were kidnapped there last Monday by a newly formed terrorist group. I feel for the victims and pray they will be treated well as the kidnappers must believe they are millionaires or rich, as they would not have been kidnapped if they were assumed to be poor.

BTW, I am also married to a Filipina and she agrees with what I said.
