I love this site and the people of this community are very giving. I have not been the best or even close to being one, but I am very thankful to those who share and create mirrors for us to download. If you are mirroring to generate profit on others hard work than you should be banned. However, if you take the time to mirror on such sites as mega and copy than I think that is okay. To the best of my knowledge, both sites do not offer profit unless you sign up via a referral link, if I am wrong please let me know. I also agree that if the OP states please do not mirror than those wishes should be respected.

Mirrors should be allowed only if op links are down and someone requests the files. This way the mirror maker get some respect/reputation for sharing.

Yes, this is true.

This is one of the reasons trotted out by users who do not want their shares to be mirrored. despite being asked on numerous occassions to provide some proof that mirrors had been infected NO proof has been offered. So its up to each and every person to make up their own mind if this claim is true or not. personally without the evidence to back up such claims i can not in all honesty believe them.

The reason some people are bitching around about it is simple. Blackhat was started as a community of people whos main motto is "Sharing is Caring" part of the Blackhat philosophy is mirrors, for many years people shared files and others mirrored them it all helped the community as a whole. The more mirrors the better for the community RIGHT ? Now the DO NOT MIRROR MY SHARE BRIGADE goes against the very principles of what blackhat is. They have turned the MIRRORING into a bad thing. It is slowly but surely killing off the roots of Blackhat. Once the roots have gone the rest of blackhat will die off sooner or later. TBH if I was a mod then the first person who posted DO NOT MIRROR MY SHARE would of got told in no uncertain terms to go away, and thats me being nice !

The NO MIRROR MY SHARE people are slowly killing off blackhat, I bet there was a lot of celebrations going on with wso owners and so called gurus last weekend, when they found out that The mods of this forum had backed the DO NOT MIRROR brigade. They have been trying to kill blackhat for years, looks like they are going to get their wish !

I will say it again, I may not support or like the way some members have acted in their mirror making tactics, but as a blackhatter i have to stand up and fight for their right to make mirrors ! NO MIRROR MY SHARES have NO room on any Blackhat site.

There is plenty of files in here, a mirror maker can make mirror to earn money from that.
But, don't make mirror if the OP said not to make mirror of his files.

That "DO NOT MIRROR MY SHARE BRIGADE" are the ones who are providing the content. Those very roots you are talking about would be dead if action was not taken since I do not see anything new being posted as often as what it was end of last year.

It is agreeable in certain instances, or when the OP requests a mirror. When someone asks for their file to not be mirrored just respect them. If they (the mirror makers) did that then there is no need for a debate, nor would there be a reason for rules to change.

In another post you mentioned the good that nokia guy was doing. I specifically requested for my CPV Lab "leak" post to NOT BE MIRRORED. Massive XXL type at the top of the page. I also explained why. To prevent leaking of it. Guess who made Post #2 and since his site is crawled by google the files are out there now and I have lost all credibility with the guy who gave me those files in the first place. That thaosthanter did not even leak it but nokia inadvertently did.

Thanks man, just for saying it, i did alot to finally stop those lame mirror makers, i share alot, and i dont even give a f*ck about rep points lulz ( guys like nokia will go abuse it ). I just share, and hope people will come here to get updates etc, and bann those who whant to protfit it from the shares.
