In video #6 titled "Step 5- Understanding Your Campaigns.mp4" he shows a screenshot of one of his bingads campaigns and you can see he's bidding 25cents on one of the keywords.

And he mentions that and explains why he bid so high on that one (it was making much more than 25cents EPC).

So he doesn't say to always bid 5 cents.

I don't believe any so called BING GURU except Lord Krafty.
