StillStanding, thanks for the share, +5 reps.

Flushing toxins out of the body, balancing the PH in the body and staying active by moving or exercising will go a long ways to remaining healthy as we age.

Moving all the extra weight gets harder as we age., so staying slim or slender helps too, with moving as we lose muscle mass.
