The upsell is a completed funnel, but the example is so riddled with typo's I doubt that the author actually ever used it.

please may we have the oto but more importantly do you know where his fb ads guide is, he hints about it in the report but doesn't actually give you the information. do you know where it is.

I'm the actual owner/operator of this business. I started this business back in 2010. I didn't pay to have this done I did it all myself with the aid of a guide I found here. To actually get my rankings took me about 3 months because with google at the time you had to wait for a post card to verify your business.

It doesn't change the fact if I did it for selling leads or for actual service that I provide point is I have everyone and their brother thinking they can get me to the top of google when I'm already there. I don't see how what you claim I can get 80% of the calls by your knowledge is no different then what I already know to do.

I did my research using just google keyword planner and I chose the keyword that got the most searches per month in my area at the time of my listing which still shows 40 searches per month.

I rank for every possible keyword around Handyman in Memphis, TN except for Handyman alone which gets 70 searches per month.

Either way you will never get all of the calls that come through I don't care who you think you are you won't get all the calls.

But the calls I do get are Commercial companies which have more value than residential calls. I do intend on renting the site out to a local company for 1k per month because its worth that and probably more.

I will remove the stock images when I rent the site out but trust me they have not affected my call rate. I was getting the same amount of calls with just my google plus listing before I picked up the website. The site is only about a month old. My google listing is 2 years old big spread. The only reason I picked it up was for the purpose of renting the site out and transferring all calls to another company as long as they pay the bill.

BTW in the first week of Jan. 2015 so far I exceeded my monthly call rate of about 11 calls. I received 12 calls in the first week alone and to this date a total of 17 calls. So if you know something that would help the BBHF community then by all means share it with them. don't be stingy there is plenty of business to go around for everyone.

Here is where cloneofclone took his information to a private message battle with me and threatens my business. By trolling this thread and not offering any real constructive information.

Below is the conversation in private messages he sent me. I have no use for people like this and this community don't need them either. I have talked with Google and Google Communities and they both say the same thing calling this guy a scammer!

Your not bullet proof though...I could take one of your competitors and within a few weeks cut your calls almost done to nil....



And when the Big G does to your niche that they have slowly been rolling
out to others I could siphon those calls off within a week or two and
then be so far ahead you could never catch up...

Well if you know something then I challenge you to share it with BBHF.  



This isn't a smoke blowers convention here we help each other here if
that is something you're not willing to do then don't act as though
you're going to take someone's business away.



Again I don't think you're much of a threat to my business because I am
competing with homeadviser and angieslist and other local companies so
unless you're connected to them I'm not worried and then all my business
comes through google local pages not my website and I highly doubt
anyone can manipulate google local to take all the calls from my
business.  But hey good luck you're gonna need it.



My business listing would have to not show up on the first page to lose calls.



Remember this if you know something that no one else does that will be
short lived before others find out as well.  It's never too late in
business.
