I can tell only one thing. Its $299 (Pro) + Subscription Fees. My Software is $89 + $0 Subscription fees. Only Traffic Metrics are Missing. We cant implement due to Googles Restriction with API.
I have both, i think Ezee can check for larger position in the search engine.

No it doesnt needs vpn neither it works with it...
if u have <100 keywords you can run without proxies. just 2-3 threads and 30 sec delay will do.. we personally ran over 950 keywords without any trouble. (Our ISP is Clean.)
