I hate to break in on the topic of 'gimme a review copy', but...

I ACTUALLY PAID FOR A MONTHLY PRO ACCOUNT. The problems is, I'm going on 2 days without a license code and the software won't run without a license code.

I left a ticket at the support site, sent you an email, and a PM here.

Nothing so far.

Maybe it's the New Year holiday, maybe it's just a freaky random messup, whatever.

All I know is that I have paid for something, time is ticking away - 2 of my 30 days are gone - and I have nothing to show for it.

I didn't want to post in this thread, but I didn't have anywhere else to go. I'll update this with whatever response I get. Or not get.

UPDATE 1: NOW GOING ON 4 DAYS WITHOUT A RESPONSE EITHER HERE OR ON THE SUPPORT SITE. I'LL WAIT ANOTHER 2 DAYS AND THEN START A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

UPDATE 2: NOW GOING ON 5 DAYS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE ANYWHERE. WTF!

UPDATE 3: NOW GOING ON 10 DAYS, BUT FINALLY A RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPER...WHO'S ON VACATION AND CAN'T ACCESS HIS BUSINESS. SAYS HE'LL SEND CODE TOMORROW. NOT A GREAT WAY TO START A RELATIONSHIP.

UPDATE 4: TODAY I FINALLY RECEIVED THE LICENSE KEY. IT WAS PMED TO ME VIA THE SUPPORT SITE OF THE DEVELOPER. THE EXCUSE FOR MY NOT RECEIVING IT WAS THAT "MY" EMAIL SERVER HAD BLOCKED THEIR EMAILS. NO OTHER EMAIL FROM THEM WAS BLOCKED. THAT SAID, S*** HAPPENS AND IT MAY HAVE BEEN SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I DON'T FEEL THAT 10 DAYS IS APPROPRIATE TO WAIT ON A 30 DAY SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE GETTING ACCESS.

I'M NOT GOING TO LET THIS DETRACT FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT...NOW THAT I CAN FINALLY ACCESS IT.

PS. SINCE I FIRST DOWNLOADED THE PROGRAM, IT HAS BEEN UPDATED ALREADY. THE UPDATE OCCURRED FLAWLESSLY, WITHOUT A REBOOT. SWEET.

I hope others have a less frustrating experience getting started.

I promised you 15 Extra Days of Subscriptions.

Yes we were completely messed up by mid of jan as we had a big fire accident in our venue and had to relocate. I was on vacation and at my back all these happened. so i have to cancel comeback and get everything on track.

You should have used tickets or else my skype. I am extremely sorry for all what happened. We are in full swing again. So let me know if you have any other issues.

could somebody who has had one of the review copies AT LEAST give us a flippin' review of what they were given for FREE?!

I bought this tools. Great support and great tools. I would like to see more improvement for this tools soon. such as can tick both youtube and se tracker for YT videos. CPC Checker, Global MOnthly searches ..
