hey guys may i ask one thing? why when you pay him and you give the 180$ and he laugh at you, you didn't open a dispute with paypal or escalate it? if i was you i don't wait even half hour before i escalate it

I have found that when I have been scammed by people paypal a waste of time. I give the perpetrator 3 days to resolve and then I go straight to my credit card company via my bank and dispute it there. Results are 3 from 3 full refunds via credit card company. Just make sure you have clear trail of what was paid for, what was expected to be received and copy of dispute with them requesting completion.

Its a pain but I have found the credit card company's very helpful.
