Yes, they are valid, and the latest version, 1.4.
I liked this so much that I bought it in order to have the developer license and be able to flip stores.
Also, after a few bugs and missing items in the original versions, they have been updating the product frequently and it is becoming really solid. After trying lots of themes and plugins for building Amazon stores, this one is now at the top of my list. It's got easy product posting from Amazon built in, lots of viral features, and it looks cool:)

Seems that this theme doesn't update the availability and price of the products. That would be a very useful feature.

The original version did not, but the new version does. It is now compliant with Amazon TOS.

This download includes everything you need - the plugin, 17 videos from the site and a couple of pdfs that include a transcription of the 2 hour webinar. The video of the webinar in not included because it would have added 242 MB to the download. It is 120 MB now.

This is a solid Amazon plugin and decent tutorials. If you like doing Amazon, you can make money with this plugin and info. And if you're like I am - you don't like spending anymore time than necessary on the direct dl and product page.
