The script supports the 5 networks mentioned but you can add other networks if you can figure out the postback by yourself. You can use the example of the current postbacks and modify to fit your new network. But you will have to add the offers manually. More networks coming next month.

What are the hosts that support this? I believe i might need to spend a packet to get hosting for all the files? do you provide pointers to hosts who allow such sites?

I have not checked if the hostings allow PPD site. Just giving you what my current customers (some of them) use.
