communication I have received. These guy listen to his customer.

does this script have an option to allow someone to pay for a download as opposed to completing a survey...via paypal for example?

and are there a significant number of offers via the networks for me if i'm UK based?

1) Yes someone can pay via paypal to get the file and not do the survey
2) Yes UK has a significant number of offers no matter the cpa network used
