today LTP Platinum is v2.2.5
follow instruction at OP and it will work like a charm

remember after update LTP 2.2.2 to 2.2.5 open LTP and update to Platinum

I can't get the KC option working no matter how many time I regenerate the API key as well as register a new Moz.com account :(. Anyone here have problem with KC ?

Fixed issue with freeze on "generating keywords"

After you click on "generate keywords" and LTP freezes, click cancel and then "show adwords" at the bottom.

It has most definitely went to keyword planner, that's why it is not working.

Click remind me later on the first overlay window (if you have it) on top of your screen and then "Go Back".

It will return to Keyword Research Tool.

Restart your campaign. Done!
