Do you install latest version of netframework 4.5 and adobe air. Install and then try. It will work.

On my computer have latest net framework. But unfortunately I got adwords problem.

Adwords problems are usually from the incorrect email address insertion.

If your gmail email is myemailname@gmail.com then you must submit your Adwords details as:
Email: myemailname (don`t add the @gmail.com)
Password: your password

LTP needs Adobe AIR, no need NEtFrameWork.
It's generally automatic to update when it has new AIR version
but make sure it's updated anyway!

I don't understand how this works. I tried entering the example@example.com, and my email. neither worked.
