Technically, U can sell this account to someone from your country.
They can add their payment method (bank account details).
You will also need to give them access to gmail id and password.
So, create a brand new gmail and do not use it for any other purpose apart from apps and then u can sell the complete gmail account alongwith admob and google play developers.
Everything working great after so many months, Earnings increasing, not much work done on apps as old apps continue to grow. Thank you Harrie for changing my life, I bought a new car this month from my apps earnings..

This coaching is officially closed for New students for now. The app builder will stop working at the end of this month and though we have an alternative, I still have to make sure that previous students should get more of my attention and their earnings are stable and increasing because existing apps will most probably stop working at the end of the month because seattle clouds is shutting down resellers which we were using.
All the previous students, who can read this message, feel free to contact me on skype so that we can talk and take things forward again. I cannot follow up individually.

My earnings have increase and think will break $6000 in feb which is more than my entire year job salary. Resigned from last month now only continue apps. Thanks Harrie, u are awesome this is the most solid and consistent income one can ever see. All the gurus, expensive products are completely fail in front of this evergreen business. Thanks for always encouraging me and helping me harrie, you r a gr8 person.

All existing apps will most probably stop working at the end of the month because Seattle clouds is shutting down resellers which you were using. So earnings will stop too :O
