I have coached 2-3 students from malaysia. You can create account on admob. It should not be a problem.

Something which is running since last 4 years cannot be termed as blackhat or greyhat. Everything is perfectly white hat as it is a full fledged app business and not some short term money making method. The coaching fees is $700.

Took the coaching from Harrie in 2013 when he started. After making some good money my 2 accounts were disabled because of some violations. Initially I was disappointed and then stopped making apps as my accounts had a lot of apps but it was more or less my fault only coz I created apps which were not in compliance and google terminated my publisher accounts .
I again contacted him this year and took the apps coaching again as a lot of things changed in last 3 years.Very happy 2 say DAT I have made some good money this year and m showin u results of my earnings frm last 3 months which is $4300 in 3 months :)

Worked really hard this year on making apps as I know the potential is huge and now I am at a stable $40 per day and hope to reach $100 per day by d end of this year. At the end , its just about putting in hardwork for a few months and u can make consistent income. I involved my brother into apps and we both started creating apps and now we both make good money together. Hope harry comes up with another money making method soon by which I can diversify my income.
Though a little expensive for 90% people , this coaching is worth it.

This is my earnings from apps from 1aug till today. Almost $1800 of passive income :)
I haven't created any apps since last 1 month but earnings have been increasing in last 2-3 months from previous apps. I wanted to take some rest and travel so didn't get a chance to create apps.
My Next target will be to touch $2000 per month and then more and more. Words are not just enough to express how good harry is with everything. A great coach, wonderful human being and someone who always motivates u regardless of what u do. In this world where most of the people are scumbags in Internet marketing always trying to sell u something, harry has been great as a mentor. Always available to reply on skype or for short calls and never asks for an extra penny for his guidance.

Can this method be outsourced to VA in order to scale up the income?

Yes u can outsource it but first learn it yourself and make money from it.
I don't want u to spend extra money without making money from coaching
