When i changed the Extension to rar and try to Extract it it says broken file And it's Not opening what the F***

I sad below in the mirror I change extension. You need just to open archive or extract it.
Download from the mirror link and you will be fine.

nothing is in this archive except activeup.net.common.dll
and it was not properly archived as well
