I've used this theme on my site before without knowing it was infected... I switched to a new theme a few weeks ago, is there anything I should worry about?

Just wasted time replacing this theme with above and have to go re-upload site images only to find IT IS NOT VERSION 1.8 - THIS IS STILL ONLY 1.7
