BY the way it doesn't work...install folder missing

Needed urgently

There is no install folder missing.... just type install and you will start installation.


INSTALLATION
------------

1. Rename protected/config/initial to protected/config/public

2. Upload all files and directories from this release to Web accessable location,
such as your site home directory (ex.: /home/user/public_html)

3. Load http://yourdomain.com/path_to_script/install in your browser.
http://youdomain.com/path_to_script should be replaced with an actual URL.

ex.:
http://www.mysite.com/install
http://www.mysite.com/pinnect/install
http://my.site.com
...

4. Default administrator login:
Username: admin
Password: password

Would u listen to the man? YOU DONT NEED INSTALL FOLDER !! THE SCRIPT WILL PREPARE INSTALLATION WHEN YOU OPEN INSTALL URL.

The only problem is the language. Its in RUSSIAN language. Anyone can share ENGLISH LANGUAGE please?

1. load file and directory in my web space...but not running the installation.... if you want to try here is the link to my web page ..... but also by / install after my address, nothing happens ....
