Second time I tried this vps and I regret it. purchase new services 5 days ago and still nothing happen. support ticket after 5 days is still not answered.

I have not found that to be the case at all with BHS.

They claim to have fixed things but they've said this before. For instance they said that they fixed their customer service and I sent several tickets and haven't gotten a response yet.

Now I did contact them on Skype and they kind of responded back but didn't address any of my concerns. Even today I sent them a Skype message. Got no response. Sent another. Got no response. And then when I finally sent a message saying that their lack of response spoke volumes, I got a response back immediately saying, "OK". Nothing else. Just "OK".

OK? What kind of terrible customer service is that? They could have at least responded back with a free trial so that I could see that they've fixed things rather than just take their word for it but no, they basically ignore me.

Be very wary of these guys! I don't think they've changed anything at all.

I was a customer BHSVPS maybe since 2011-2012... left because the support and the quality of service was not satisfactory. I had mostly problems with

• applying the latest software updates
• removing the offered software too frequently
• some of the apps were not working at all

However the hardware (server) was good enough!

I left them, because I have setup my own VPS with the software I have and that was quite enough.

I am in constant need of new tools and link building resources, so I have rejoined their service twice (last time was a month ago). Well, each time I joined was just to notice that thing are going worse and the talks about great changes in the support and the quality is just not true.

The main reason I will never-ever be their customer again is the TOTAL lack of support - no support, nothing - totally agree with mrstok.

My review - Big-big NO-GO! unless you are a masochist!
