Service has actually picked up over the last month. The beginning of the year I lost our founding system admin of 4 years, This had been on-coming for about 6 months. With losing my support I have spent the last 5 months re-learning everything he had created for the system "We have many proprietary apps". In doing this I did lose track of support and well hiring someone in this field is just not an option because we all know "trust thy brother" does not apply in this field.
Now that I have a grasp on everything the support tickets are getting answered quickly, turn around on software installs and server setup is quick and all of the software and the servers are stable. I have implemented a 70 thread rule per software to ensure that the servers stay stable and that everyone is happy. I am just trying to get everything back to normal.

We have had a few big changes recently at bhsvps.com, one being a new partner. They provide normal Windows VPS Servers and have been in business since 2010. At this time they do not want to be named but are extending server resources and manpower. This new partnership allows me as the owner to handle support and server issues more effectively and in a timely manor. Below are a few of the changes we are applying. As for new titles we would love your suggestions so post them here and I will see about getting licenses!

How do you make a profit :O some of the software included cost more than your packages each month.

Most compaines that offer the same services can not save SEnuke settings so every time it crashes your stuck re-entering your info... With ours it saves everything :) and downloads pre-created hotmails.
You have your own personal workspace "Z:\" where you can upload and download files as well as save them.

Not when you have me on skype, we had worked on your issue yesterday for over 2 hours. I connected twice to your teamviewer to help you simply login to your server. Feel free to contact me on skype again if you have any issues.

I would like to chime in here. I have had this service twice because I came back and gave them another chance, but the service is really lacking. I had the BHS VPS Associate Package for about 6 months before calling it quits AGAIN. I won't be coming back either.
You (OP) can say all you want to defend your business but the VPS I had, half the programs did not work. Allow me to explain: when i clicked on a program to run it from within the panel it would come up and state that a new version was available and then when I went to upgrade the version it stated that I did not have permissions nor rights to do that and then it completely kicked me out of the program. I submitted support tickets and tried to get this rectified to no avail. The support tickets were never answered and my emails were never answered.
I would not recommend this service to my fellow BBHFers.

As I said, things have changed over the last year. You are more then welcome to test out the demo server, I have removed all of the software that is not working which was ... pinpioneer, tbs and a few others that were up and down due to different reasons.
Your right we do not allow customers to install or update some software but we do have a automatic updater for all of the software now. Most of the titles have built in updaters such as SEnuke which work fine.
