For those who cannot run /w windows 7,
you might try the following steps

(1) download "SBAppLocale"
(2) start-> cmd -> right click the cmd.exe -> run as admin
(3) at cmd windows >SBAppLocale.exe 1033 "C:\Program Files\Captcha Sniper\CaptchaSniper.exe"

it will run the program without error-5

BUT I cannot get it work with Captcha Sniper test file "captchasnipertest.html" the CS status bar stunk at "incoming request"
and the html return 404 error

Anyone know how to solve it ??! (windows 7 32/64 bits)

when I want to use this with no hands Seo it says to select "Use Captcha platform for detection" in the settings, there's no such option in the setting, I downloaded other versions of this and non of them has this option in the setting, anybody can help me with this? thanks
